Dehydration is the loss of water and salts essential for normal body function. Even a fluid loss of 1 to 2% can have adverse effect on physical and mental performance. It is essential to consume enough water every day to stay healthy and fit.

Dehydration is a common problem during the summer and it is essential to stay cool during this period. It is one of the biggest problems when it comes to making you feel tired. Some of the symptoms of dehydration include thirst, lethargy, headaches, dizziness, and confusion.
